Mosonmagyaróvár is situated in Hungary, 15 kms far from the Austrian border by the motorway and railway-line between Vienna and Budapest. It is closed round by Hanság and Szigetköz. Moson and Magyaróvár have joined in 1939 and the city has currently 31.000 inhabitants.

Tourism
